Who we are

wolfstack.ro is operated by [COMPANY NAME], VAT number [CUI], registered at [ADDRESS], trading as WolfsDen Services, referred to below as "Wolfstack".

Services

Prices shown are indicative, exclude VAT and are not a binding offer. Every project gets a written quote with price, timeline and deliverables, and the contract is signed separately.

Managed hosting

We only host sites we built or took over. Clients have access to the admin panel of their site but not to the server, FTP or SSH. When the collaboration ends, the client receives an archive with the code and data of the site.

Intellectual property

After full payment, code written specifically for the client belongs to the client. Open-source libraries remain under their own licenses.
